Although we do not do trailer hitch installations in Florida (or at any location outside of our Missouri headquarters) you only need to find a local qualified mechanic who should be able to do this type of installation fairly easily.

I do recommend just calling and asking if they have any type of experience with this. If you need a recommendation for a hitch and bike rack I'd be happy to help if you let me know the year, make and model of your car.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2018 Toyota C-HR is the Curt # C11567. The is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and is a bolt-on installation that will not require any type of drilling into your Toyota's frame to install. I have added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on an '18 C-HR for you to check out. For a bike rack you are going to need one that is compatible with a Class I hitch and I strongly recommend checking out the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 because it has a 65 lb per bike capacity as well as the ability to tilt and fold. The EasyFold XT also has a shank that rises which is important with the hitch on your C-HR because it is relatively low to the ground. This rack includes an anti-rattle hitch lock and uses ratcheting padded clamps that grip your bikes by the frame as well as ratcheting wheel straps to secure your bikes by the wheels. This bike rack also has a lever that you only need to push to fold the rack up or tilt it down, which is a quality-of-life feature that makes it really easy to use. The EasyFold XT even offers security for the rack and hitch via the aforementioned anti-rattle hitch lock to secure the rack to your hitch, and an integrated cable lock which secures the bikes to the rack.
