Some covers sit high and ruin the clean lines of the truck. The TonnoSport sits only ½ inch above the bed, giving it a smooth, aerodynamic profile that blends in instead of sticking out. That low height helps cut wind drag, which can improve fuel efficiency by up to 10 percent while keeping the truck looking sharp.
When you need to haul tall gear or a load of lumber, you don’t have to take the cover off. The soft vinyl top rolls up easily toward the cab, and the strap-and-buckle system holds it in place. You get open access to the entire bed, and when you’re done, just unroll and latch it back into place.
The trigger latch automatically engages when the cover is closed, keeping everything locked down. Side slide locks add another layer of protection, and because they sit along the rails, you can still open or close the tailgate without undoing the cover. When the latch releases, it pops open smoothly with one hand.
The TonnoSport uses durable, UV-resistant vinyl that holds its shape through heat and cold without fading or cracking. Rustproof aluminum rails and bows give it a sturdy backbone while keeping weight down. The Velcro edges keep the cover tight against the bed rails so it won’t flap in the wind.
Installation is fast and simple with six aircraft-grade aluminum clamps that grip the bed rails firmly—no drilling or tools needed. EZ-Dial tension controls at the back let you fine-tune how tightly the vinyl fits with just a twist, so you can get an even seal all around without any adjustments later.

That’s awesome to hear, and that’s a great looking truck too. Getting that kind of life out of a cover, especially holding up through a 40 inches of snow. Really says a lot. Sounds like it’s been a solid go-to for you over the years if you’re on your third one now. Always nice when you can stick with something you trust. What model truck did you go with this time? Where you located to get all of that snow!?

Cover has held up nicely. Very convenient to roll out of the way to have full bed access when needed. Sidecl rails have held up. I def recommend and would buy again.

The truck doesn’t get out much, so the cover hasn’t seen much use. Looks and operates as well as it did a year ago.
