When you need the whole bed for gear or bulky cargo, the LiteRider rolls up in seconds. The cover peels back from its Velcro side seals and secures neatly behind the cab with Quick Clip straps. Because it mounts inside the bed rails, you can still use stake pockets and tie-down accessories. The reinforced aluminum bows support the cover as you roll, so it stays easy to handle every time.

Hot sun, rain, or snow won’t wear this one out. The double-coated vinyl blocks UV rays, stays flexible down to -40°F, and won’t shrink or fade no matter the conditions. The reinforced vinyl flap at the tailgate keeps rain, snow, and dirt out, while contoured, powder coated aluminum rails resist rust and hold their shape through years of use.
Closing the cover automatically engages the AutoLatch for a solid, secure seal. A quick pull of the release cord opens it again with one hand. The slide lock opposite the latch adds another layer of protection, and when the tailgate is locked, your cargo stays secure. The tailgate still operates normally, so you can access your bed without removing or loosening the cover.

Covers that loosen over time can flap in the wind or pool water. The LiteRider solves that with EZ-Dials at the front of the cover. Just turn the dials to fine-tune the tension without tools. This keeps the vinyl tight and smooth whether it's hot or cold, giving the cover a clean look and helping it hold up through every season.

Sitting 1-1/2" above the bed, the LiteRider’s Slantback design angles neatly toward the tailgate for a smooth, finished look. That low, aerodynamic profile reduces drag and can improve fuel efficiency by up to 10 percent. It’s a simple way to protect your gear while keeping your truck looking sharp and performing efficiently.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

You mentioned that the tab on the cover had rubbed the paint off on your truck. I wanted to see if would be able to send a picture?
