Access tonneau cover # A22030179 is not a confirmed fit for your 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab with 5-foot bed if it has the Utili-Track system and the sliding bed extender. You would want to use the Lorado, # 834532006830 and adapter # 834532006946 since you have the sliding bed extender.
