All of the trailer wheels we offer attach with lug nuts, so if you are needing one of those old style bolt-on wheels I am afraid we would not be able to provide anything like that. We do have some 12" 5 on 4-1/2" wheels but our would have a 3.19" pilot hole and they are all lug centric wheels intended for 1/2"-20 lug nuts. Like part # AM20134 for example.
