Whats the maximum rated highway speed for these tires

The Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range B # AM30590 have a max speed of 65 mph. When trailer tires are not speed rated with a letter, the default is 65 mph max. I've attached an article to assist.
If you want a speed rating higher, then for that tire size I recommend the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # TA98RR. These are rated for speeds up to 81 mph.
If you want the galvanized wheels, you can get the wheels and tires separately as parts # TT48012C, and then wheels # AM20134. If you go this route, you will also need the valve stem # AM20904.
