I was unable to find information on the model EZ Loader Boat Trailer referenced in your question.
I recommend checking the sidewalls of your existing tires to see what size is currently mounted. There should be a number listed, like what is on the attached tire image. You will want to replace them with tires of the same size and load capacity. We currently have a wide selection of tire and rim combinations that you can look through once you have located the needed size.
I have attached a few articles on trailer tires that you may find helpful as well as a link that will take you to our available selection.

I wish I could track this information down but it's not something that is readily available. Is there any way to read the tire size off the sidewall of one of the existing tires? 70311
My present boat trailer rims do not make contact with the axle.. Only the bolts carry the load. This doesn't make sense, as automobiles have the bore taking up the load. Yes/No?? Sincerely, 77377
A vast majority of trailer wheels are lug centric, which means they're secured to the hub by the lugs (this is normal for trailers). As you also alluded to, this is different than most passenger vehicles, which use hub centric wheels that center around the hub bore. 63020
