It looks in the product photos that the e99ZR equalizer rocker comes with nylon bushings installed. Is that correct??

Yes, the equalizer that is included with the Suspension Kit # e99ZR will come with nylon bushings installed.

I prefer using bronze bushings with wet bolts myself as they will allow for smoother and quieter operation. The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 contains a cushioned Equalizer along with all the bronze bushings, wet bolts and shackle straps needed.

Or you can use the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-449-00 if you do not want the cushioned equalizer to reduce road shock and chucking of the trailer.

I recommend using LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 with a Grease Gun # L30416 to grease the bolts and any other lubrication points on your trailer(wheel bearings, Coupler).
