I have a car trailer 3500 3 axles. Could I use equalizer kit E99zr which is about an 1 inch taller than what I have and shackle straps a a little longer also. I would like the trailer to sit higher.

Hello and thanks for reaching out. When replacing and equalizer and shackle straps, it is critical that they replacement parts are identical in size the stock parts. There is a small amount of tolerance like 1/2" or less. So an equalizer that is 1" taller than stock is not a good option for a replacement. There are ways to raise the ride height of a trailer, but adding taller equalizers and longer shackles is not one of them. An over-under kit like part # K71-384-00 or lift kit are the best ways to raise the trailer.
If you can let me know the dimensions of the current equalizer, as well as the length of your shackle straps (center hole to center hole) I am happy to look into it and see what options we have for you.
