We have a solution for you but because your axle is already over slung and you have taller hangers in place, we are limited in options. From the images you forwarded, you have a T44 axle. I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for tandem axle, # RR23QX. This raises the trailer height by either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" working with your existing leaf spring suspension system. The brackets attach to hangers and supply new, lower mounting point for springs, which results in a taller ride height. If this does not provide you with the height adjustment you are looking for, it will at least increase the wheel well clearance and then allow you to install taller tires/wheels for add height adjustment.
