Question:

building a 8 x 8 tilt bed tailer for atv. 8 in tires 2000# axel and 2000# springs. wht hanger lenght do i use and is there a package axel set up ?

For the springs, I'd recommend the # e84SR spring, which is designed for 2K axles and measures 20-3/8 inches from eye center to eye center. If you need a U-bolt kit for this axle, # APUBR-10 will work well.

The hanger kit you use will depend on how much space you want between the axle and the trailer frame. Hanger kit # APS1 provides between 4-1/4 to 4-1/2 inches of clearance. # APS3 would give between 4 and 4-1/2 inches of clearance. # APS4 is 5 to 5-1/2 inches and # APS5 is between 4-3/4 and 5-3/8 inches.

We do stock a few off the shelf axles. If you would reply with your desired hub face to hub face dimension and the center to center measurement between the spring centers (which is about the center to center distance between the frame members, I'd be happy to make an axle recommendation for you.
