  The # SP-210275 you were looking at is for a 3500lb axle and is 27" long measured from center of spring eye to center of spring eye. This is the correct spring for your trailer based on the measurements you provided. The next shortest spring would be 2" shorter which would be much too short.   We do have replacement parts for your trailer. Starting with the equalizer we have the # TREQR89. It sounds like you have 3-1/8" shackle straps so I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR76ZR. This comes with wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick shackle straps. I believe you're talking about hangers when you gave those shackle dimensions. The closest we have to your front and rear are the # 115918 which are 2-3/8" tall.   When replacing equalizers, the length of the new equalizers needs to match that of the existing equalizers as closely as possible. The length of an equalizer is measured from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. Another measurement that needs to be taken into consideration is the height of the equalizer.   For double eye springs, the longest I could find was the 8 inch # TREQR83, or # TREQR89. But, for slipper springs, there are some longer options. Closest to 12 inches we have the 11-1/2 inch # TREQ4541. You will want to be careful when moving axles because if they are too far apart, one set of wheels could drag the ground as you turn.   Thank you for all of the info! Based on what you told me and the pictures you sent in separately I believe I know what you need. The brakes you need are the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA which measure 10" x 2-1/4" and have a 4 bolt flange mounting pattern. I also recommend replacing your hub and drum assemblies as well. For this the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-K should work but you will want to verify that your trailer currently uses inner bearing # L68149...
