Hello, i have a 1970s 2 horse tandem axel trailer. the suspension components are loosie goosy. do you have parts to replace the whole thing without having to weld up new shackles? springs 25 3/8 center- straight 8 inch equalizer - shackle front / back 2 inch from frame to center hole - center shackle 6.75 from frame to center hole - shackle straps 3 inch center - bolts - nuts. the axel capacity is unknown but is 1.5 inclines square. spring is 7 leafs made of 1.75 inch wide by approximately .5 thick each

We do have replacement parts for your trailer. Starting with the equalizer we have the # TREQR89. It sounds like you have 3-1/8" shackle straps so I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR76ZR. This comes with wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick shackle straps.

I believe you're talking about hangers when you gave those shackle dimensions. The closest we have to your front and rear are the # 115918 which are 2-3/8" tall. The closest thing we have to 6-3/4" is the 5-7/16" that comes with the hanger kit # APT1. However, I recommend using the same hanger length you have now to keep the geometry the same. Also, new hangers will require welding.

For your leaf springs you will need to determine some kind of axle capacity. Since it is a square axle the axle diameter doesn't indicate the capacity. Leaf count also does not determine the capacity of the leaf springs. Try checking the axle tag to see if you can find it. You could also get an idea from the bearing combination used on the trailer. I attached an article below with common bearings based on axle capacity.

Assuming you accounted for any flattening of the leaf springs, you could use any of our 25-1/4" or 25-1/8" leaf springs. These range from 2,500 lb axles up to 6,000 lb axles.
