Rough pavement or washboard roads don’t stand a chance against the built-in AEON rubber jounce and rebound springs. They absorb impact to keep your trailer steady and quiet, no matter the load. With 2-7/16" of suspension travel, the system limits bounce and bottoming out so your gear stays put and your ride feels controlled instead of jarring.
By removing the thru-axle, this setup gives extra ground clearance while keeping your trailer’s deck height the same. Each side works independently, so one wheel hitting a bump won’t rattle the other. It’s perfect for trailers that need to clear rough terrain or steep driveways without hanging up on an axle beam.
Each of the two suspension units is built from tough steel and rated together for 2,000 lbs. The black powder coat finish holds up to rust and road grime. The integrated standard-height spindles use E-Z Lube fittings to make greasing simple, keeping the hubs turning smooth mile after mile.
You won’t have to match a specific axle width or chase down custom parts. These bolt-on modules mount directly to your trailer frame and fit any frame width. If your frame needs extra support, there’s a built-in hole for a 2" x 2" steel tube crossmember to tie both sides together.
This system comes complete with idler hubs, bearings, races, and seals installed. The 4 on 4" bolt pattern matches common small-trailer wheels, and each hub includes inner and outer bearings (L44649) with matching races (L44610) and seals (10-9). Maintenance is straightforward, so you can spend more time towing and less time wrenching.

excellent- highly recomend, needed to lower height of motorcycle trailer and increase width so can easily carry three motos now.... over 4500 lbs !! handles great, no issues directions and install was a breeze !

I love this suspension. Even empty, the trailer huggs the road and doesnt bounce around. Its smooth as silk when loaded.
