I have some possible solutions for your application, but the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e25GR that you were looking at has the 60" long hub face length you're needing but the spring center distance is 48" which is a bit longer than what you're needing and unfortunately the only spring center length we have for the 60" axles.
To get this to fit your jet ski trailer you'll have to have a welder cut off the current spring seats and weld on new ones with part # TRSS175. For a standard axle replacement with the same dimensions you'll need to reach out to your local RV or trailer shop to custom order one for you.
An alternative would be to go with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A20RS440 instead. These use a different type of suspension with individual Aeon springs. This gives your trailer better performance and these are easier to maintain over the standard leaf spring setup but it does mean you'll be redoing the whole trailer axle system on your trailer instead of just bolting a new axle up.
Attached is a video of the Timbren kit for you to check out.
