Jack has a retracted height of 10-3/4", an extended height of 28-3/4", and 18" of travel.etrailer was the only place I could find this particular tongue jack and they had it for a fair price. It took a couple weeks before they were able to ship it, but it arrived in a few days once it was on its way. My only complaint is that the jack was not packed well. The box should have been reinforced at the foot end of the jack and I would have wrapped the head with some padding. The foot end broke out of the box and then the jack bounced around in the box for the rest of the journey. Fortunately there was no major damage done.
I have a lippert ground control TT leveling system on my travel trailer and the electric tongue jack stopped functioning. This replacement part was the exact part that I needed to get back up and running again. It was simple and easy to install. 3- bolts to remove the jack, 1- "red" power wire to disconnect and 2- quick disconnect wire fittings to separate and the jack came right off. Attaching the new replacement jack was just as easy as removing the old one.
Easy plug and play and even the 30amp feed wire was the perfect length for my rockwood pull camper. Nice to see a replacement that you don't have to mess around with ti make function !! 5 STARS !!
Exact replacement model unbolt old one bolt on the new one quick connect wires hook up hot wire. Arrived a day early. Great job etrailer thanks!

Had a trailer jack that did not work from new. Contacted etrailer, they said they would put another one on the truck that day and I should have it by Tuesday. It arrived the next day. Great service! Great service after the sale. Always go there first

The power jack works great. A little slow but when you Re hooking on or off you should not be in a hurry, thats tje reason why I had to buy a new one. Anyways it works great with my lipperr auto leveling system, the jack was the exact replacement.

The product is working great
Just finished installing my replacement tongue jack. Perfect match and works just like the old one(due to damage) Thanks It was easy to find the right one and it was delivered earlier than promised
My order was quickly received, fairly priced, and worked great.
Ordered electric jack. Received the first one and it was damaged. I called the company they sent out a new one that day and also sent me a return shipping label to return the damaged one. I received the replacement very quickly and already installed it and it works great. I am very happy with the service and products from etrailer and would recommend them to anyone.
Easy R&R worked as expected.
