How do I remove the lower cover for a loppers 3500 jack

The Bottom Jack Cover # LC23UD of the Lippert jack # LC285318 has four screws in it that hold the top to it. You'll need to remove those screws first and take the top # LC285160 off. Once the top is off you can then dismantle the bottom cover from the jack and slide it off.
