Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Dexter axle grease caps. Now, these grease caps have a 1.99 inch outer diameter and they're going to shield your wheel bearings from dirt, water, and debris which can cause premature wear or failure. These are designed to fit the Dexter 7 inch, 10 inch by 1 1/2 inch, and 10 inch by 2 1/4 inch hubs. So, that's going to ensure a snug fit for those specific models.
These are constructed from steel. They have a zinc-plated finish which is gonna help prevent corrosion and the zinc coating's gonna protect that underlying steel from rust when exposed from moisture, dirt, and road salts.
