Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Replacement Grease Caps for your Dexter or tie down engineering Vortex trailer hubs. Now this is going to fit your 2,500 to 4,200 pound idler hubs and hubs and rotors. And these specific grease caps are made for the Dexter or tie down engineering vortex hubs. So they're built to match the unique design of that system, including pressure and fitting specifications.
So if one of your grease caps is cracked, dented, or completely missing, maybe it popped off on the road or during maintenance, you will need a replacement to keep that dirt and water out of the hub. Sometimes during servicing grease caps can get deformed or worn. So as you probably know, replacing them is going to ensure a proper seal. It's gonna protect your bearings. If you notice grease leaking from the hub, the cap may no longer be sealing correctly.
So a replacement can help restore that seal. If you are redoing your hubs or upgrading components, it can be a good time to replace old grease caps to ensure everything is fresh and protected. If you do decide to pick these up, we would love to hear back from you letting us know your experience in getting these installed and using them. And you can definitely leave a comment for us on this product page letting us know how these are working out for you. And send us some photos too and show us how, show us these with these caps in action.
Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
it fits nice thanks
