Channel-style roller bunks upgrade your boat trailer's standard bunk boards, allowing for smooth loading and unloading and superior hull protection for your boat. Attach directly to bunk boards or use mounting brackets (sold separately).
Features:
Specs:
CE Smith's roller bunks convert your boat trailer's guide-ons from bunk board style to roller style. Instead of sliding on and off your trailer's bunk boards, your boat will smoothly roll. This not only simplifies the process of loading and unloading, but it also protects your boat's hull against scratches. Mounted in a rust-resistant galvanized steel channel, the durable rubber rollers absorb road shock during trailering.
Installation
The roller bunks are pre-assembled and can be mounted directly to your existing bunk boards (mounting hardware is sold separately). If you want to replace your bunk boards and attach the roller bunks to the front and rear crossmembers of your trailer frame, use a four-pack of swivel mounting brackets (CE10003G-4 - sold separately). These brackets allow you to install the roller bunks at different heights. In addition, the brackets enable the bunks to tilt to accommodate and support boat hulls of different sizes.
Galvanized Steel
Steel parts are galvanized by being hot-dipped in zinc after they have been stamped. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.

Very fast shipping service. The bunks are heavy duty which is Exactly what I was hopefully for when I placed my order!
They work great, be careful, boat will fly off trailer if not secured as the boat is launched into the water.
It was wonderful to receive this quality product in only three days...and the ups shipping was free! Great product, great people to deal with, fast, free
shipping....doesnt get any better than that!
That was delivered FAST I haven’t opened the box waiting for the trailer to be delivered. Once trailer completed I can inflate my AQUOS 12.5 fishing pontoon platform.
Installed the bunk rollers and they work great. Thanks for adjusting my order I really appreciate it.
Worked great on my 1967 runabout trailer. Used the original attachment hardware, as it was just the old rollers that were damaged. Arrived quickly and easy to install.
Great product! I would recommend anyone use these rollers to replace their carpeted bunks.
The product is exactly as advertised and cheaper than the other places we looked. Free shipping is also a plus. The roller bunks came within days and we are very pleased with the product and the company. This will be our first stop for any other parts we may need.
Purchased Roller Bunks for the boat trailer. My 18 ft. Sundance slides off with ease. These seem to be the most sturdy bolt on bunks on the market. Great price and super fast free shipping made it worthwhile shopping here.
Rollers are mounted on carbon steel frames which will rust after use. Our boat's hull does not rest flat on the rollers. Each roller is comprised of three separate wheels with a gap between each wheel. The hull's crease line falls between the roller wheels into the gaps which will damage the hull if the boat is transported on the trailer. We have a 2000 Bayliner Capri 2050. I will have to remove the rollers in order to load the boat on the existing runners. I would not recommend these rollers for your Bayliner.
Thank you, etrailer.com for providing the solution to my problem in a fast, efficient, and effective way. I have a 12-foot long inflatable fishing boat that I carry on a utility trailer. Loading and unloading was taxing my 63-year-old body! These roller bunks fit perfectly on the 4' gate of the trailer and, with a small, inexpensive winch, loading and unloading my boat is now quick and easy. Although used in a way not traditionally intended, it is the perfect solution for me. Thanks again! I will definitely look to you again as future needs arise for creative solutions.
The personnel (specifically Lisa D) and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend CE Smith Roller Bunks and all of the products at etrailer.
I ordered the 4' roller bunks and received them the next day
Installed them on wooden bunks. I pulled my boat this morning and can't believe how well they work. I wood install them again if I had another trailer I couldn't get my boat on with carpeted bunks. Thank you Tammie for helping me out.
Unless your boat's bottom is perfectly flat for the length of the rollers, these will have only a few points of contact and stress your hull. My hull is very slightly curved, which my bunks easily conformed to, but these rollers did not. And they didn't make it easier to push off the boat.
Added rollers to my dock to make loading and unloading easier. Shipment was timely and the price was competitive.
Got rollers took few hours to install had to take bunkers off drill holes once done reloaded boat with easy
Sure they will make loadin and unloading much easier . Thanks for great product its second pair I have install on boat trailer

still in good working condition thanks for askin
I love these roller bunks. Purchased two pairs of the four-foot size to mount on my floating dock to park my two Yamaha Waverunners on to keep them high and dry. They work and perform more than perfectly. I mounted each bank of rollers on a 2"x6" board for the required added clearance at 23" inches apart on center. Perfect. They can be rolled off easily by hand by one person, once marine grade grease(optional) was applied to each roller mechanism with a grease gun. Wipe them off, and there is no mess. I am actually going to mount another two pair on to a plywood spare removable platform on a general-use utility trailer, making it unecessary to purchase a usually poorly built purpose-built trailer. Nearly one year out in the open on the Florida Gulf Coast at the beach with zero rust to-date. Unheard of in these parts. Enough said. Thank you so very much for you help with such a fine product. J.P.
Low water levels made my board bunks usless, my boat loaded with minimal effort using these roller bunks. Thanks!

Application is for a boat house carriage and even with higher water this year, the roller bunks continue to work great.
Mounted a pair of these on the rear of a new Harbor Freight trailer and it has made loading and unloading my 10' Bass Raider boat a breeze. I'm a complete novice with this type of thing too, so it's saying a lot that I installed them with little effort or instructions to figure it out. Highly recommend. The product is well worth what it's priced at.

After a year of using this product on my trailer, I recommend it even more. I unloadload my 10 Bass Raider boat easily with no assistance and with minimum effort thanks to these!
ETRAILER ships FAST! Rollers are on a galvanized frame with holes for mounting. ETRAILER and Smith also offer other mounting options. Rollers appear to be solid yet not so hard to mar fiberglass hulls.

Product still holding up well in a harsh salt water environment. The product is about 4 feet above a salt water canal.
Got these for my 14ft aluminum boat trailer they worked great for an easy launch.
The bunk rollers help to get my boat off the trailer on the shallow water launch I use. Allows me to put boat in the water without backing my truck into the water which is the main reason I wanted them!
rollers work great, I'm 85 years old and can now push my boat off the trailer with one hand. I fastened the rollers over top the wooden bunks.
I’m the old guy and it really makes a difference, unloading my boat under my trailer. Don’t know what I could do without them simply love them. Works awesome with my automatic latch system.

They are great. I love them and recommend them to all my friends.
I purchased two sets of these to install on top of my trailer's 8' carpeted bunks. There were two purposes for this trailer modification: 1) make it easier to off-load the boat on a ramp and 2) provide some space for an aft travel lift strap to slide under the boat when using a lift. My travel lift boat launch charges $15 per round trip more for trailers with bunks as it takes more time to get the aft strap under the hull since the bunk is in the way. Now they can slip the strap between the bunk and the boat bottom, saving me some money. To accomplish this, I had to cut the aft roller bunks, leaving a 12" wide space for the strap to pass through. See pictures. Now each bunk had three sections of roller bunk (a short 2 roller section at the stern, a space for the strap, then a medium length section and a standard section up front). Since the rollers added 3" in height to the carpeted bunk (I could not lower the bunks), I had to adjust the keel roller and bow stop up 3" to match up. That was easy.

Big brain moves is what we call this, Dave! So glad you're not getting dinged with that fine anymore! The set up looks awesome :) I've never seen a boat that looks like that - what kind is it?

Thanks for sharing your experience with the CE Smith roller bunks. We’re sorry to hear they didn’t work out with your Bayliner Capri 2050. You make a really good point about the roller design, since each is made up of smaller wheels, certain hulls with chines or crease lines don’t always sit flat and can end up in the gaps. As for the frames, they’re made from galvanized steel, which does help protect against rust, but like most trailer parts they can still show wear over time, especially in saltwater. Rinsing after use can extend their life, but we understand your concern. For some boats these rollers can be a good fit, but clearly they weren’t the right match for your Capri. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, it’s helpful feedback for other Bayliner owners. I have carpeted bunks on my Ranger Trailer, I am waiting for them to wear out a little more before making the switch to the Caliber Bunk Wrap Kit for 2x4 Boat Trailer Guides - 24' Long - Black # CA33AJ Once again, my apologies that you were not more pleased with your purchase.
