Question:

I’ve got a boat that weighs 4500 lbs dry. I want to install something like this on my bunks on my boat lifts. Sometimes the Corp lowers water levels a little too much and I can’t get boat off the lift. These rollers would solve my problem. Want to make sure they would support the boat

I have a solution for you but the CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers item # CE27700 you referenced only have a 1,500 lb capacity per pair. I recommend the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk item # DL21741. These rollers have a 3,000 lb capacity per pair so you will need to purchase two sets to support your 4,500 lbs boat. They come in 5' long sections and have 12 sets of 3 rollers.
