Hi i need rollers for my boat. Something that can go over the 2x4 or some other set up.

The CE Smith Roller Bunks, # CE27700, that you referenced would be a great option for your boat trailer. These roller bunks are 4 ft long and they can be mounted directly on top of your current wood bunks. You can also use the CE Smith Mounting Brackets, # CE10003G-4, if you want to replace the wood bunks with the roller bunks.
Keep in mind, these bunks have a weight capacity of 1,500 lbs, but based on your photo, I do not think you will have much of an issue with that.
