Fast shipping. Only problem was one part was back ordered. I got an email about the back order right a way and tried to change the item to another that would ship sooner. The link was simple but did not work, I’m not sure if there was another step to take or what, it just wasn’t clear. I needed to call to get the part swapped. The phone lambrthret was extensive and time consuming.
But in the end I’m happy with what I got.
Easy mounting and works okay. I just wish the vee was deeper to help guide the boat when winching the boat onto the trailer.
I have been looking for this boat trailer keel roller for some time now (at retail) with no luck. Found it on etrailer.com (why didn't I think of this sooner) and the agent helped me with the perfect fit/size in no time at all. Great team. High quality product.
Just finished installing the class 3 trailer hitch on my 2011 Chevy Silverado . I can honestly say this hitch seems to be better quality than the factory one that had to come out because of rot holes in it also the matte finish seems like it will hold up better
Put this on the rear of my trailer last year as a solution for shallow water launching of the boat so that there's an area for me to line up the keel of my skiff and allow me to get it back on the trailer when I otherwise can't get the bunks wet. Works perfect!

So far,great items for our application. Will make it much easier to roll our kayaks onto the ladder rack. Now, all we need is an idea for a pulley system to lift them up to the rollers!!! Mature people need all the help they can get!!

It works great guiding my boat onto trailer
George, I'm happy to evaluate this part for you, it solved my problem and preformed well. Although I was much happier once this problem was solved I am much happier now, in fact I can remember when that was, it was before I owned my boat and trailer. Now that it's sold I have so much extra time on my hands that I even have time to answer requests for part evaluations. Since then Jim M, the individual that purchased said items has asked me for recommendations on trailer replacement parts and I recomendaed Etrailer to him and he now has the obligation of keeping you in orders for parts.

A simple part but not easy to find anywhere. Arrived and installed as expected.
Works great as a synthetic winch line support to help me get my raft back on our trailer. Not the intended use but works really well.
As described, keel roller to be used with our sea-kayak.
Heavy duty galvanized frame and rubber roller. Better quality the the OEM on my trailer.

Probably didn't need it, but I put it on my jet ski trailer to ensure the weight of my ski was spread out equally on the bottom of the jet ski. Very easy to install.

Looked for roller to add to my "goalpost" bed extender to make loading & unloading my canoe and row boat.
This item was perfect, very substantial construction.
Just used 2 U bolts to attach.

Well, this roller is fine, but ALL my dealings with you folks have been wonderful.
I've bought hitches and wiring and when my tow car had a bad battery and I thought it was the harness, you sent me a replacement right away...which I promptly sent back!

kind of my screw up -- I assumed that three inches was the measurement to the INSIDE edge of the slot. The U-bolts were 3 & 1/16" and fit over the rail just fine. A few minutes at the drill press & the roller would now accept the U-bolts, over the beam.
