I live in Buffalo NU. We get some snow! My company work van absstinks in the snow even with extra weight and snow tires. I got stuck in a very long driveway and had to break out the chains. Tons of snow & wind blowing. Still was not much difficulty popping then on. Got out of my situation with ease!! Highly recommend these!
Perfect installation in my driveway on a 90 degree August day! Might have a different experience on the side of the road in a blizzard! But installation is straight forward so hopefully it will be almost as easy. Did have a little difficulty getting them tangled after the first installation try, but I was able to get them straightened out. The installation photos provided were excellent. Great service from etrailer!

Great set of chains. I used them on my fifth wheel and they were great.
Product came with a nice carrying case and instructions were very simple. Customer service is excellent, they even shipped it sooner than expected. Can't say I want to use the chains...but if I do, I am sure I will be fine since I am prepared.

I have had these chains before on a front wheel drive Honda Accord (front and rear) and that car went everywhere. These will go on an AWD Subaru that is already pretty good in the snow. Now I can go anywhere I need to with confidence.
I needed chains for three vehicles. I've used these chains in the past and knew they were the ones I wanted. They are easy to put on and provide great traction. I ordered them from etrailer because etrailer had the best price, but I was very impressed with etrailer's service, particularly their proactive communication.
The chains are very easy to put on - my 14 year-old-son put them on by himself.
We had a less than typical use for them - they were put on the wheels of a grain auger so that it could be moved around the farm in the winter, and the chains provided truly excellent traction.
Shipping was fast, this design is easy to install even after I got stuck in the mud. The storage case is excellent, made of tough material, easy to store even muddy/snowy cables.

I ordered the Titan Alloy Snow Chains- Diamond Pattern for a 215/60R16 tire. The case listed a dozen or more tire sizes these chains should fit. One of the sizes listed was for the 215/60R16. I know that chains are not custom made for just one size. However it wasn't even close. These were way to big. I had to remove several links on both chains in order for the tightening mechanism to work. Normally I would have sent them back, but I need them for the next few days. I expected a better out-of-the-box fit for that price. Will see how they work in the snow.
As a single Mom I looked a while for chains I felt comfortable installing on my own with my teenage daughter on the hill snowing.
