For an emergency set of snow chains the # PW1038 that you referenced would be a great choice for you to help in a bind as these will fit rims that are from 15-18 inches in diameter.
A better option if you plan to drive in snowy conditions would be a full set of chains like the # TC1545 that has been confirmed to fit your tire size.
The emergency chains will help you if you get stuck but won't help you much once you get moving. The # TC1545 will help you navigate the snow much better as it will improve traction for acceleration, turning and braking.
You will need to consult your owners manual to determine if chains are recommended for your vehicle.
