Heavy loads can make your rear suspension sag and throw off handling. LoadLifter 5000 air springs give you up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support so the truck stays level when hauling or towing. Keeping your ride height even improves steering and braking response, helps maintain proper headlight aim, and evens out tire wear so you stay in control under load.
Every load is different, and these air springs let you tune the support to match. Run them near the minimum 5 psi when unloaded for a comfortable ride, then air them up to as much as 100 psi when carrying heavy gear or towing. Each spring inflates independently to balance side-to-side weight for off-center loads. Manual inflation valves mount on the bumper for quick adjustments or can be paired with an optional compressor system.
These springs are made from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with endcaps formed from high-strength Zytel nylon. It’s been a year and 09 Silverado has hauled numerous loads of firewood and my 32ft camper! . Now I’m doing a complete restoration on a 67 Shasta camper with the help of etrailer! I won’t order anywhere else!!

Were coming back from the beach today after a camping trip with the family and Airlift is still working great after one year! I measure my rear bumper before loading up or hooking to the camper and then add equal amounts of air to each side to till the truck is back at normal ride height..that simple! Dont settle for sag!
