Yes, you can Bruce! This is a common practice actually. You can use the Air Lift Union Tee for 1/4" Air Lines item # AL21838. This will allow you to fill both bags using a single inflation valve.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57204 are confirmed to fit your 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 and are compatible with in bed hitches.
How long is your truck bed? Some of these kits are specific to the bed length for the 2018 Sierra 1500s.
