This setup gives you everything you need to load up and go. The system includes 2 aero crossbars, 4 through feet, and a custom fit kit. Each bar is made from aluminum, so it’s strong but lightweight, with a total weight capacity of 165 lbs. Whether you’re hauling a kayak, canoe, or cargo box, the secure installation keeps things stable for long drives and outdoor adventures.
When you’re cruising down the highway, you don’t want to hear whistling from the roof. These crossbars have push-down rubber strips that let you press your accessory hardware directly into the tracks—no trimming required. The strips fill in around the mounts and help reduce wind noise and vibration, keeping your ride quieter and smoother.
You can attach just about any common roof accessory to these bars. The aero-style crossbars work with carriers that mount in the top channels or clamp around the bars. That means your existing cargo boxes, kayak cradles, or bike racks are likely good to go. It’s a flexible setup that easily changes with the season or your next trip.
The aluminum build gives you lasting strength without extra weight, and the black finish keeps things looking clean and modern. The bars measure 48" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall (and 51" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall for the longer option), with top channel dimensions of 13/16" wide x 1/4" tall x 3/8" opening. Lockable leg covers add theft deterrence so your setup stays where you left it.

great mounts, but being they do connect to the center of the underside of the rail they have a little give when roughing things up on top. but so far they are holding up great.
Installed on my go 460 a year ago. Put them on and never took them off. I have surfboard pads on as well. Noise level is not bad and I don’t even notice them anymore. Highly recommend them. Very sturdy.
I have a 2022 Lexus GX460 Premium. Fairly simple installation and a almost seem less transition from the fit kit to the cross bar system. Can be done by one person, but I would suggest a two-person system to expedite the process

Works perfectly! As indicated in previous review the tech writers at Inno should update the instructions on measurement process, but after I placed and centered the roof rack on my vehicle and tightened it down it worked great!
I've completed the installation and I am very happy with the roofrack. It is very solid. However, the installation instructions must be followed very carefully, especially for the through-feet.
Easy directions to follow for install. I especially appreciate how E trailer packages all products as a unit based upon your specific vehicle. I had no idea which parts to pair together for best functionality and E trailer made it easy to create the combination of parts needed for Lexus GX460. Highly recommend.
Ellen was very knowledgable about the product and helpful in getting the exchange processed. And while the product itself seems to be of excellent quality, I did have to trim the crossbars a bit in order for them to fit precisely enough that the plastic pieces that cover the metal hardware could actually fit properly and be locked on, as they are supposed to be. There is no leeway for a non-perfect fit. It would be easy for me to mount a new set if I had to, but doing it for the first time was very time-consuming. The mechanism is somewhat complicated, and the directions were OK but could have been a little clearer on a couple of the procedures. Try it some time and you'll see what I mean.
Seems to be solid railing and aerodynamic easy instillation for the most part. Measurement recommendations are a bit off.

Once again etrailer.com delivers. Finding a crossbar solution for my 2021 Lexus GX 460 was far more challenging than expected until I visited the site and found exactly what I needed. The fit kit worked great and the quality of the feet and crossbars on par or better than other brands (who dropped the ball on having a product available for this vehicle). The rack is on, secure and now carrying my Thule cargo box. Very happy.
Originally, I was waiting for the Yakima crossbars to be restocked for my GX460 but decided I couldn’t wait it out any longer and went with the Inno’s aero set. Overall, they look great, fit great and seem to be very good quality. I was able to assemble the rack myself, it took me about an hour and half, I wish the installation was a bit easier but after watching the video from etrailer it all came together perfectly !

I have owned 2 INNO roof rack systems for different vehicles in our family…this is the 3rd…for our 2026 Honda Pilot TrailSport…Since I already owned the correct size INNO Load Bars (51”) I only needed to purchase the foot pads and separate mounting hardware kit that is specific for my vehicles’ raised roof rails - factory mount points on the inside rails have been pre-drilled by Honda with internal fasteners and silicone plugs…the 8 plugs were easy to pop out, and installing the bracket kit onto the rails was easy…I was able to attach the load bars down to the brackets by myself, but it probably would’ve been easier to have one extra person on the other side…but not necessary if you’re fairly mechanical. The INNO foot pad, model XS 350, fit on to the brackets after a little finesse and colorful language was used…but not too bad overall…one thing that is not very easy to do is to adjust the load bars once you have the brackets securely in place…they are challenging to “slide/force/finesse” in order to make both sides equal prior to tightening everything down…once tightened down, the rack, load bars, and mounting points are completely secure and feel robust.
I wish that Honda would have more options than just one place for each load bar to be placed…they should have 4-5 options per side…but that’s not an INNO problem, that’s a Honda issue.
one thing that I don’t like about INNO are the end caps…they’re black and chrome finish plastic caps…not a fan of the chrome trim on them…so I have sanded, cleaned, primed, painted and clear coated them in orange, which is a color accent on the car…but I wish INNO would offer silicone or a more durable all black cap end, and/or offer heavy duty tie down loops that you could use for tie downs, bungee cords, or elastic netting with hooks.
