I recently purchased a 2018 Lexus RX350 F Sport 3, has the panoramic roof. Im interested in the Hyper XL, would this unit qualify or would the Motion XT XL be a better fit considering its about 6 inches shorter. Also, I inquired about the flush rails on my vehicle with Lexus, they do not have pre-drilled holes in the rails, which roof rack system would you suggest? Thank you

As long as you install a roof rack like the Inno Aero consisting of # INXB123-130, # INXS450, and # INTR163 on your 2018 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport the Thule Motion XL part # TH629807 will fit and work great. The Hyper you referenced has been discontinued.
The Aeroblade Edge roof rack I mentioned is a great option too that I recommend as well because it has aero shaped bars that will be very quiet and the bars do not extend past the feet of the rack which gives a clean, OEM style look.
