Question:

2019 Lexus gx 460 with factory flush mount rails. What is the best complete set to put a Thule Motion XT XL cargo carrier on. See the inno has good reviews for it as well as Yakima. Or what Yakima set? Thanks in advance

Definitely go with the Inno roof rack for your 2019 Lexus GX 460, for a couple reasons. First is the install - the Yakima roof rack requires you to completely remove your factory rails to mount the rack's feet, while the Inno does not. Instead, it mounts right to the rails on your Lexus. The second reason is value; for a rooftop cargo box you'll be getting the same performance out of the Inno as the Yakima, but the Inno has a better price point.
