Why does the Helwig HE24MR indicate it is only for Ram 3500 with diesel engines? I have a 2024 Ram 4x4 DRW with a 6.4 Hemi gas engine. Will this fit?

No, it won't and it's because of the exhaust. The Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # HE24MR will only work on the diesel models of the 2024 Ram 3500. It is not compatible with your 6.4 Hemi model.
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM73FR has a different orientation and mounting hardware so it is compatible with both the gas and diesel engine models.
