This vent moves harmful battery gases and odors safely outside. It connects directly to a 1-3/4" hose from your battery box, giving fumes a clear path out instead of letting them collect inside. It’s a simple, effective way to keep the air clean around your power setup.
The louvered design blocks rain and dirt from sneaking into the vent opening. Even when the weather turns rough, the angled slots help keep water out while still letting air flow freely. The white plastic cover blends in with most surfaces for a clean look.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valtera battery box cone vent and louver cover. This cone vent directs battery box fumes outside of the RV for increased safety. Mounting hardware not included. Taking a look at the dimensions real quick, starting with the overall width and overall height. It's going to be a square design so it's going to measure the same both directions. It's going to be four and a quarter outer edge to outer edge, four and a quarter outer edge to outer edge.
The mount holes are going to be separated apart from one another one center by three and a quarter and that's a square design as well. When it comes to this piece right here, this hole's going to give us a diameter measurement of two and 5/8 of an inch. Inner diameter back here is one and 9/16 of an inch. Outer diameter is one and 3/4 of an inch. That's going to let us know that the cone's going to accommodate a one and 3/4 inch inner diameter hose.
The unit is made from a durable plastic construction and it's white in color. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valtera battery box cone vent and louver cover.
