The Commercial Grade Battery Box for Dual 6V Batteries # 329-HM426 is a hard molded plastic so you could definitely cut a hole in the lid and run a hose from it to a vent like the Valterra RV Battery Box Vent with Cover - White Cover # A10-3300-05 ( # A10-3300BK-05) which can be mounted to the wall of your trailer.

These vents fit 1-3/4" battery box hoses, which you would need to source from your local hardware store, and can be secured with hose clamps.
