This electric step takes the effort out of climbing in and out. It’s powered to extend when you open your door and retract when you close it, using a 2-piece sensor switch mounted on the door and frame. You don’t have to think about folding steps in or out—it just does it for you.
A built-in LED light automatically turns on when the step extends, making nighttime entry safer. The 30" wide step has a non-skid textured surface that keeps your footing steady, even when it’s wet or dark outside.
If something blocks the step while it’s extending, it immediately stops and retracts to prevent damage. It also retracts automatically when the ignition turns on, so you never drive away with the step out.
The rustproof aluminum construction with a black powder coat finish keeps it looking good and working smoothly through all kinds of weather. With a 300 lb weight capacity and a 5" drop/rise, it feels solid and natural underfoot.
With an entry height of 11-1/2" to 14-1/2" and a step surface that’s 30" wide by 8-1/2" deep, it’s ideal for lower thresholds or single-step access points. The mounting bracket measures 32" wide x 6" tall x 18" deep, giving a sturdy base that tucks neatly under your setup.

Great replacement product - great service as always from etrailer.
It took 6 weeks to get but they kept me informed. It was held up by the mfg.In 6 weeks i got a email update and asking if i wanted to order another steep orvery pleased get my money back.

Love the product. It was not welded in a jig properly - out of square! I had to take apart and twist the steel frame straight. Lucky for me I am a former machinist and building contractor. Now it glides in and out smoothly. Over all it is quality material, just needs a little more care at the manufacturing level. I will still purchase from "etrailer".
I bought a set of automated steps for my motorhome the salesperson was very helpful and the steps fit my motorhome. Still working great today.

My wife and i saw these steps on several trailers at an rv show. Talk about night and day. My trailer is a 2015 70k trailer and the steps that came with(2 )bounced and wobbled like most steps(my 5th trailer). Not these lippert lights. I HIGHLY recommend !
Box was destroyed, no instructions, wiring, no hardware.
Received steps today. I have a 2008 KZ Escalade and already had removed the steps. They fit right up after I removed the top strap. The strap is replaced by the outriggers for support. I used a floor jack and piece of plywood under the steps to get them into position. Drilled new holes because the step bracket would not allow the steps to go up enough to meet the bracket holes, not a big deal. I spent about an hour and a half installing. I am very pleased with the quality and extremely satisfied with the Staff at Etrailer. I will continue to purchase from Etrailer because they make it right if there is any problem. Thanks Etrailer.
This unit was easy to install and also the wiring harness that came with the unit was in compliance with the stock connectors. I would recommend this product to anyone replacing an old unit or looking for one that can handle more weight. I installed it on my Monaco Windsor 40PDQ with no issues thanks Jeff.
Came timely. Installed easily. I ordered the wrong size the first time; Naomi
was very helpful she sent a return tag right away and got the correct one to us within a couple of days. Have not received credit for the wrong size but confident it will be taken care of promptly.
I received my parts promptly. The package was a little worse for wear but there was no damage to the part. I replaced the stairs myself and they worked as they should.
Everything went well. Replacing old one was very easy.

Works great but they die every two years which is very unfortunate for the money.
