Wind noise can get old fast on long drives. These aero-style aluminum bars help quiet things down with a shape designed to cut drag. Split rubber strips in the top channels seal around accessories to reduce vibration and whistling. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference when you’re cruising down the highway with gear on top.
This setup is built for all kinds of gear—whether you’re loading up kayaks, bikes, or a cargo box for a road trip. The top channels let you mount accessories easily, and they also work with clamp-on attachments. That flexibility means you can use the mounts you already have or add new ones without worrying about compatibility.
Some racks make you cut up the rubber strips before installing accessories, but these don’t. The split design lets you slide mounts straight into the channel—no trimming required. The strip closes back around the accessory once in place, helping to keep out wind and weather while simplifying setup.

Very straightforward to install, fits my 2021 Yukon with no trouble at all.
Needed this part ASAP for a trip. Ups next day air and was in my hands in less than 24hours.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.

Fit like a glove on my 21 Tahoe. They are easy to assemble. Providing the torque wrench is a nice touch.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Product was shipped & arrived as promised. Product itself does not fit securely onto roof rails. Will be returning product & looking for a replacement. No issues with etrailer. The issue is with the Thule product.
Easy to assemble and install. Love the way etrailer packages everything you need and they all are correct for the vehicle you are mounting them on. Once installed they appear very strong. Installed on a 2023 Chevy Tahoe and did not interfere with the sunroof.
Very sturdy. Works well. The attachment to the roof rails on my 2023 chevy suburban works well. The "C" clamp design mechanism holds it tightly and securely in place. No fear of anything coming loose and falling off like other racks I have tried to use.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
I put this on my Yukon with the square bars. I'm not sure if it is the feet or the bars, but this setup whistles loud. I have never had a roof rack this unpleasant. I may try aero bars, or just move to a different set up.

This product title says “EVO” but it also fits “EDGE”. I hope etrailer fixes this because it was confusing trying to find the “EDGE” fit kit which doesn’t exist.
Amazing roof rack. Integrates well with the Tahoe. Looks great and allows a cargo box and a long board to be mounted side by side.
