What Surco Safari Cargo Basket do You Recommend for My Flush Rails on My 2022 Chevy Tahoe?

WIll Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory flush Rails - 60 Long x 50 Wide Item # SPS5060-1101 fit my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 factory rails

Thanks so much for attaching a photo. I have a great basket solution for you. Unfortunately, the Surco Safari 5.0 Roof Basket # SPS5060-1101 is only designed for raised factory rails. However, we do have the model of Surco Safari 5.0 that is specially made to fit Thule roof racks. That is the Surco Safari 5.0 # SPS5084-T400. The basket gives you the ability to build more of a platform with the Surco Floor Kit # SP1114. If you need tie-down straps, I recommend the Erickson Cam Buckles # EM34409. With the basket, I recommend the following crossbars on your 2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 60" Long # TH711520 (black) or # TH711500 (silver)
- Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - # TH710601
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet - 186117 # TH95JW
- Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400

With the entire setup, you will have 165 pounds of total weight capacity on your roof. As with all roof rack setups, I recommend confirming with your owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle the weight you wish to transport.
