Will the kit that fits the 2020 suburban, fit a 2021 suburban?

Your Chevrolet Suburban was redesigned for 2021. It appears that Rhino-Rack has not had one of these new models in the shop to confirm the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Backbone Mounting System - 84" Long x 56" Wide, part # RR68AB, still fits your vehicle. I am guessing it is because of the Backbone Mounting system.

There is another option. You can attach an aftermarket roof rack to your vehicle and attach the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 58" Long x 47" Wide, part # RR42115BF, to your 2021 Chevrolet Suburban if it has the Thule roof rack with the Evo crossbars.

That rack will consist of the following items:

Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4, part # TH710601

I has a weight limit of 165 lbs and the aforementioned Pioneer Platform is compatible with this rack. It is the larger of the two platforms that is compatible with this Thule roof rack, though it is considerably smaller in size compared to the one you attached to your question.
