I am very sorry to hear this as well JM, and I completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially with premium gear. In case it helps, the rubber strips sometimes work loose if they aren’t fully seated along the entire channel. Pressing them firmly into place from end to end and trimming for an exact fit (if slightly long) can help keep them secure at highway speeds. Please let me know if that fixes it, I recommend Thule a lot and do not hear of issues like this.
