Hi, I already have 65” Thule Square crossbars, and would like to know what else I need to buy to mount them on a 2025 Nissan Frontier SV King Cab with a bare roof.

Hi Robert, great question! Since you already have the 65 inch Thule SquareBars, you're in good shape as long as they are the newer SquareBar Evo bars. An easy way to tell is to flip one of the bars over and look at the bottom. If you see a mounting channel that runs the length of the bar, you have the Evo version.

To mount them on your 2025 Nissan Frontier SV King Cab with a bare roof, you'll just need the Thule Evo Clamp Feet, part # TH710501, along with the Thule Fit Kit, part # TH45EE. Those two parts are designed specifically for your Frontier, so they'll clamp securely to the roof without any drilling and will work perfectly with your Evo SquareBars. If your bars don't have that bottom channel, let me know or send me a quick picture, and I'll be happy to help identify what you have and point you to the correct parts.

I'm curious, what are you planning to carry on the bars most of the time, kayaks, a cargo box, or ladders?

I own a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with a bare roof. Several years ago, I purchased bars, evofeet, and clamp fit. The installation instructions were precise. IThey made a perfect fit and have carried kayaks on many trips!

The bars do not have a channel in the underside. I will be carrying kayaks on the roof.

@RobertC The old foot packs really can't be found anymore. Your best bet is to get new bars. i know that's probably not want you wanted to hear. If this were my setup, I would switch out the bars for the Thule aero bars part # TH711400 giving you a whole new roof rack. I wish I had an option to use your old bars but the parts are becoming hard to find.

@RobertC Hi Robert, sorry I didn't put this in my previous comment. For the whole setup you will need part # TH711400 for the bars, part # TH710501 for the foot pack and part # TH45EE for the base clips.
