I have the REX 59685 series that i had on a Suburban. I now own a Tundra with no rails. Does ROLA offer any accessories or a different end cap that i can use on my truck?

Unlike some of the other roof rack manufacturers like Thule and Yakima Rola does not offer their racks in several pieces so that you can piece together parts of one rack to fit another vehicle.
If you instead wanted a rack solution that would more than likely allow you to transfer it to future vehicles the Thule rack part numbers # TH711520, # TH710501, and # TH145182 would be what you'd want. See attached install video link for this rack installed on a 2019 Tundra just like yours.
