The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving a sleek, from-the-factory appearance. Nothing extends past the feet, so the setup blends in cleanly and stays low profile. The WingBar Edge has that integrated look that feels like it was built right into your vehicle rather than added on later.
When you’re driving with gear overhead, wind noise can wear you down over time. The WingBar Edge crossbars have an aerodynamic shape designed to reduce drag and sound. The top channels include split rubber strips that help cut down vibration and whistling, keeping things quiet on long highway drives or weekend trips.
These aero-style crossbars are ready for just about any adventure setup. You can mount bikes, kayaks, skis, or cargo boxes using either channel-mount or clamp-on attachments. The top channels make sliding accessories into place simple—no trimming required—so you can spend more time getting ready for the trip instead of fiddling with rubber strips.
Built from aluminum and finished in silver, these bars balance strength and light weight. The system supports up to 165 lbs (while always following your vehicle’s roof load limits) and includes four Edge Flush Rail feet for a tight fit. For extra peace of mind, Thule’s One-Key System locks (sold separately) can be added to secure both the rack and your channel-mounted gear when parked overnight or at the trailhead.
Each crossbar measures 37-1/2" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall, offering plenty of usable space without bulk. Top channels measure 3/4" wide x 1/8" tall with a 3/8" opening—perfect for fitting the most common accessory mounts. The complete system includes two WingBar Edge crossbars, four Edge Flush Rail feet, and a custom fit kit, all backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

What a great experience! I spoke or corresponded several times with representatives about technical or ordering issues, and they were uniformly very helpful and courteous. They matched a small difference in price from another vendor and were really helpful in making the decision about what to buy. The Thule items are really high quality and, in spite of instructions that would make Ikea embarrassed, weren't difficult to assemble and install. (I recommend checking for relevant videos online.) I give etrailer.com and the parts an unqualified 5-star rating. One of my best online experiences ever.
every thing worked perfectly and was easy to install. used it to go paddle boarding the very next day.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.

We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Originally ordered a Yakima system, but availability everywhere was virtually nil. Switched to Thule and ran into some of the same shortages with the supply chain, likely due to Covid. Took about a week to receive and it was the perfect part for my BMW X3.
E trailer had this Thule part necessary to put a rack on our new car, even when our local stores were not able to help us. We had a successful fall canoe trip, thank to them!

One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
Thule products are not the cheapest but they are just so well engineered it brings a smile to your face every time you assemble them. I have 7 year old aero blade bars and bought these foot packs (and fit kit) for a new car. Taking off the old feet off the bars was flawless - every part, whether plastic, rubber or metal is still perfect after 7 years of use and shed storage.
Etrailer were fabulous as usual - initial phone consultation to confirm feet will fit the old bars and then quick online ordering etc.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Carol C for driving amazing customer service! I ordered a Thule rack system, and the Thule cross bars arrived with the packaging torn partially open, causing some of the cross bar end caps to be lost in transit. Worth noting, the cross bars were in Thule's original packaging, so this was in no way the fault of etrailer. Despite this being a Thule issue, Carol C sent me a new pack of end caps, which I really appreciate...Thanks!

Their order tracking system is also very good. I’m very pleased with the Thule Wingbar Evo 135 racks For my BMW X5 with flush roof rails. They are super sturdy, solidly mounted and look good on the vehicle. Mine will be mainly used for surfboards and SUP’s. The assembly and installation was a breeze. The included written instructions would have been sufficient for a seamless installation but I also watched one of many YouTube videos that demonstrated very clearly every step of assembly and installation for this specific set of racks.
