The Thule fit kit that works with all of their roof racks designed for your 2020 BMW X3 is the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet - 6007 item # TH186007. These custom fit clips and pads attach to the flush rails on your BMW's roof without cutting or drilling.

This fit kit works with all of their crossbars like item # TH711320 and their Caprock Platform Roof Tray item # TH38YE. If you are trying to install a Thule roof rack you already own you'll need specific towers as well. I would just need to know what crossbars you have because the towers are different depending on the style of crossbars.
