I have a 2018 BMW 330i xDrive wagon with flush rails. Will these feet work with that, or are they only for naked roofs? Is there an additional fit kit I would need?

Thule has roof racks that fit your 2018 BMW 330i wagon but the part # TH460R is actually an older style foot kit that is no longer supported. So what you would need is the Evo style racks like the Wingbar Evo part numbers # TH711220, # TH710601, # TH186007 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle.
