What is the Difference Between the Thule AeroBlade Edge and WingBar Roof Racks

Im looking at the Thule aero roof rack for a 2014 BMW X3 with rails. There seems to be 2 options on your website that appear to be identical. One is the Edge and the other is WingBar. What is the difference? From the website, they appear identical.

The Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack # TH7603-TH7603 uses Thule's AeroBlade Edge technology which mount flush to your 2014 BMW X3 factory side rails. They do not extend farther than your side rails like the podium mounted roof rack and give an OEM roof rack look. This creates a quieter, stronger and more aerodynamic roof rack. This rack is a bit shorter than the podium style racks at 38" long.

Thule WingBar Roof Rack with # TH711200 is an aftermarket style rack which sits along the top of each bar. Unlike the AeroBlade Edge, this roof rack extends past your vehicle's factory side rails. This rack is 47" long which gives more space to carry items on your roof. It also comes in black using # TH711220.

The foot pack you need is # TH710601 which mounts onto your roof and provide a sleek design. You will also need the roof rack fit kit # TH186007 which reinforce the weight distribution and stabilize your cargo by securing the foot on your roof.

Both can carry Bikes, Kayaks, Skis or Cargo boxes and can hold up to 165 lbs. per pair. Both the Aeroblade Edge and AeroBlade Podium racks are constructed from extruded aluminum to ensure durability over a long period of time. Before loading any gear on your vehicle, be sure to verify the roof weight capacity for your specific vehicle in your owners manual.

I have attached photos comparing the Podium and Edge style racks for you to check out.
