The rack fits perfectly,and was easy to install, directions were easy to follow. I would recomend this product to anyone. Only issue I had were the measuring strips were missing. Still waiting for them.

These are incredibly quiet and barely impact my fuel economy. I'm impressed. I've been using these every day.
They whistle while driving above 35mph but I'm sure every brand does. Black duct tape fixed the noise and looks like it belongs on the bars.
Was not happy to receive used parts, without OEM packaging nor instructions. Just dumped into a box, small pieces loose and some missing. When I buy new, I want new.

This product works well and fits perfectly on the Prius C. Make sure to follow the directions with respect to the directions of the arrows on the pads. Directions are clear and accurate, would suggest you read through them once before starting. Attaches to the vehicle easily and works as advertised.
Was very disappointed to see that a box of parts had opened and spilled out which didn’t make it to my house all because the box wasn’t taped closed
Great Racks, easy to install and were very stable. Wind noise was reduced by wrapping the bars with parachute cord. I would buy them again

One bolt on the setup was a little stubborn, hardly a legitimate complaint. The product was originally backordered, and ETrailer maintained periodic contact with me to update the status of my order. Very good experience. Would recommend.
I have not taken them off since the day I installed them. They are still pretty steady, the color has not faded. Good purchase.
We installed our Vortex Aero rack on a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. The instructions were easy to understand, and it took me and my husband about an hour to install. The rack looks great on our car. The etrailer customer service has been a great help. There is never any wait when calling them, and they are always helpful. We are very happy with the roof rack and with the etrailer team.
Bought these for my 2017 CR-V and they were perfect. I've installed and removed them at least half a dozen times, and it's a piece of cake--about five minutes of work.

eh---these are ok. i'm not sure how best to improve them. it's for towers, and towers are suboptimal. they work
