The Rhino Rack Vortex Roof Rack # RR65NP is a full roof rack kit and will be all you need to get a roof rack on your 2013 Toyota Prius C. It includes the crossbars, towers (some people call them feet), and the door jamb clamps. The only things you will need to add on are, well, add-ons.
