Aftermarket roof racks will vary in weight capacity, so you will want to note the weight capacity of the roof rack you choose and the weight capacity of your vehicle's roof. If the weight capacity of your vehicle's roof is lower than the weight capacity of the roof rack you choose, then you will want to use the lower weight capacity as the limiting factor.
