Hello, I have a Toyota 2016 Prius C and I think this cargo box will be a perfect size and fit. I just need the whole rack package that will work with the cargo box and roof of my car. Any recommendations? My roof is bare with a sunroof. I would like a rack system that is not permanent. Thank you,

The Inno Ridge Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRA220R-BK fits a crossbar spread of 20" - 30" which means you will need to use a Rhino-Rack roof rack since it fits within that range for your 2016 Toyota Prius C.
I recommend going with the Vortex roof rack system since it uses aero-style bars that will help to cut down on wind noise and drag:
