Which Roof Rack Will Allow Me To Mount 2 Yakima JayLow Kayak Carriers On My 2016 Honda Fit?

Hi ET, I am looking at a 46” wide rack for a 2016 Fit. The goal is to have two Yakima JayLow racks up there. The question is whether there are spots on the 46” where the JayLow cannot clamp, due to the towers? From what I can see, I need all of the 46”. Thanks,

You can mount 2 sets of the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style or Post Style - Folding - 1 or 2 Kayaks # Y04073 on a 46" roof rack, but it will be somewhat of a tight fit. The overall distance from one end of the JayLow to the other end is about 19", so you may have a little bit of the JayLow hanging over the crossbar legs which is fine. Most crossbars, aside from flush crossbars, have a spot (where the towers/legs are at) that you cannot clamp an accessory, but you will be able to mount two of these kayak carriers without any issues.
For a 46" crossbar setup that fits your 2016 Honda Fit, you will want to go with Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA118B-2 along with Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK438. This setup has a weight capacity of 165lbs. There is a built-in track on top of the crossbars which will allow you to easily mount various accessories. I have a 2016 Honda Fit with the Thule EVO Wingbar crossbars. I have the Yakima Showdown on one side of the crossbars to carry my one kayak. Can I add the JayLow rack to the other side of the crossbars to carry a second kayak on the JayLow? Therefore, one kayak in the Showdown and the second kayak in the JayLow. Will this arrangement all fit on my roof? I have Eddyline Sky 10 and Eddyline Equinox kayaks.
