There are no 4-bike truck racks confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Toyota Prius C. Only 3 bikes like the Yakima HangOut part # Y02638.
Only way to carry that fourth bike would be with a roof rack and roof bike rack. For a roof rack the Rhino Rack crossbars # RRVA106B-2, feet # RRRLKVA, and fit kit # DK351 is a confirmed fit and would work well. Then for a roof bike rack we have the Rhino Rack Hybrid bike rack part # RRRBC050.
